Hi, I’m Kaden

Here’s what I want you to know about me:

I am a somatic integration coach on the path of healing as well. Fifteen years ago I was 30 years old and realized I was a primarily disembodied and dissociated person. I made the deliberate decision to inhabit my body. From that disembodiment I began a slow and steady unfurling. Gratefully, a spiritual groundedness unique to myself has been the beautiful fruit of this effort. And what’s most present for me at this moment of the journey is birthing the offering of this work. I am so honored to co-create highly personalized sessions with you for the sake of your transformation.

My practice is a blend of the many healing and connection communities I have been a part of. I trained in an 8 month Somatic Coach Certification program with Strozzi Institute of Somatics. I have 20 years of bodywork experience of varied modalities. I am a practiced peer counselor, and have mentored many souls discovering who they really are. All these experiences have informed me that I am of the most help when I don’t tell you what to do or what to believe. I am not here to fix anyone. I have a deep trust that through this work you will find your answers. I am here to offer my grounded presence to support your journey.
