What is Somatic Coaching
Somatic coaching begins with holding space—an intentional pause where you can lay down whatever feels heavy or tangled. Kaden isn’t here to “fix” you; instead, they guide your attention to the places inside that feel stuck, curious about what’s truly in the way. Together you’ll name those blocks, then gently explore them through the body.
“Soma” simply means body. Every session centers on slow, safely-paced practices—breath, micro-movements, sensory awareness—that let your nervous system rehearse showing up differently to a world that can feel fast and overwhelming. When we slow down, safety blooms; when safety blooms, new patterns become possible.
Your body is more than muscle and bone—it’s the archive of every story you’ve lived. Emotional strain often stamps itself into posture, tension, or fatigue. Somatic coaching invites those imprints to surface, so mind and body can realign. Think of Kaden as a bridge: linking the mental and emotional with the physical, and guiding you as you steer your own inner terrain.
